Strata Fee Auto-Payment Setup

ClickPay® is a trusted third-party payment platform that was designed around security, convenience, and efficiency for owners and our client strata corporations. With ClickPay®, homeowners will be able to set up scheduled automatic monthly withdrawals from their bank account, credit card, or debit card. In addition to being able to pre-set monthly withdrawals for regularly recurring charges, homeowners can also choose to send a one-time payment when they incur one-time fees or charges like move in fees, fob purchases, and amenity room bookings.
Step 1:
Login to your Connect™ Resident Portal account.
Step 2:
Click on the Make Payment button.

Step 3:
You will be taken to the ClickPay® website, where you can create your account by clicking the Register button in the top right-hand corner.

You now have access to online payments powered by ClickPay®, including one-time or scheduled payments.
