Entertainment Lounge

1. The Entertainment Lounge is available for Residents use between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. daily and must be vacated by 10:45 p.m. For the private reserved use, only two bookings can be accepted per day.

   
   

2. The Entertainment Lounge is for Da Vinci & Picasso Residents and their guests only. All guests must be accompanied by a Resident at all times.

   
   

3. The rental fee for private use of the Entertainment Lounge is $100 per booking. Subject to availability, each strata lot is permitted to no more than one (1) booking per day, with a standard time slot of four (4) hours. Despite the foregoing and subject to availability, a Resident may request an extension of up to two (2) additional hours at a rate of $25 per hour. Any booking exceeding six (6) hours requires prior approval from the council. A damage deposit of $500 must be submitted to the Concierge Team prior to the booking.

   
   

4. Full payment of the rental fee and deposit are required within 48 hours of making the booking online.

   
   

5. Reservation of the Entertainment Lounge will be accepted up to three (3) months in advance of the requested date and only one future booking can be made at a time under one strata lot.

   
   

6. Cancellations will be accepted in writing to the Concierge ONLY.

   
   

7. Alcohol consumption is permitted within the Entertainment Lounge ONLY.

   
   

8. The maximum number of persons permitted in the Entertainment Lounge is 55.

   
   

9. Without limiting bylaw 41 as applicable:

   (a) the Resident making the booking will be responsible for any damages to the Entertainment Lounge including damages to the furniture and equipment; and

   (b) Any theft, loss or damages, as assessed by the Concierge staff shall be deducted from the damage deposit provided and if the total theft, loss or damages exceeds the $500 damage deposit provided, the applicable Resident shall be billed accordingly.

   
   

10. If the Entertainment Lounge, including the kitchen and appliances is not cleaned to the satisfaction of the Concierge by 10:00 a.m. the following day, a minimum cleaning fee of $200 will be deducted from the damage deposit.

    
    

11. Music is permitted but must be kept to a reasonable level as determined by the Concierge on duty.

    
    

12. Noise must be kept to a reasonable level as determined by the Concierge on duty.

    
    

13. All commercial/business gatherings including non-profit organizations in the Entertainment Lounge shall be deemed a Commercial function and will be subject to reservation approval from the council.

    
    

14. No smoking/vaping permitted within the Entertainment Lounge and Common Area of the Level 4 Roof Deck.

    
    

15. No children under the age of 14 are permitted in the Entertainment Lounge without supervision by a responsible person 19 years or older.

    
    

16. No pets are permitted in the Entertainment Lounge.

    
    

17. Residents must vacate the room at the end of the reserved time. Overtime use may result in fines and/or suspension of amenity use privileges.
